Review of Quintessia Resort et SpaDuring my recent stay at Quintessia Resort et Spa, I found the culinary offerings at the onsite restaurant to be a highlight of my experience. The ambiance blended modern charm with a cozy atmosphere, making it an inviting place to enjoy meals. My first evening’s dinner was particularly noteworthy; While I was unaware of the innovative twists in the menu beforehand, the dishes sparked my curiosity, showcasing the chef’s creativity. As a traveler from the serene hills of Kathmandu, I appreciate a relaxing dining experience, and the restaurant provided just that—but I found prices steep for both breakfast and dinner, which did hinder the overall satisfaction. While the overall service was commendable—in part due to the attentive staff—I did note some inconsistencies, such as additional charges for the sauna and steam facilities, which seemed unusual for a resort.
